Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We‘ll send you an email when your order is dispatched as well as the tracking number(if any) and when there's any updates relating to your tracking number. Please note that delivery times quoted are for your guidance only and are not guaranteed. As we're sure you know, nothing is 100% certain (especially when it involves the roads/circuit breaker). Generally however, there are no problems and your order will arrive as planned. Please be aware that delivery notes containing extra information for delivery are at the discretion of the delivery driver to comply with. If a delivery note expressing alternate delivery instructions is complied with and results in a lost parcel, any claim for compensation would be invalidated. Everything is in-stocks. We'll aim to send it out within a day or so. If something is out of stock, we'll send out what we have and cancel the rest. You will be notified via email should this be the case. Most orders will arrive between 3-5 business days. Standard international shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 3 weeks when there's unforeseen delay due to customs check, holidays, etc,. We process all new order once payment is verify. Processing time & sending out your items generally takes 1-2 business days. Business days is Monday - Fridays, not including weekends and public holidays. Order(s) can't be cancel once it is placed or shipped. Before each delivery the courier company will inform you through a SMS text. If by any chance, no one is home when the delivery was made, small items parcel will be left inside your letterbox(Please do check your letterbox). For big items parcel courier company will rearrange at our own discretion.  We can deliver to the address as indicated during checkout, whether it is your house or office address. We currently does not provide our customers with a self-service delivery location to pick up your orders due to Singapore Circuit Breaker. Thank you for your kind understanding and support. Things to Note: Due to the on-going COVID-19 situation, all small items with tracking service will be delivered to the letterbox. Please check your letterbox if your item status reflects delivered. International shipments will be substantially delayed due to global border closures.For tracking numbers that begin with "T" and "L", please check your letterbox if your item has been delivered.Delivery status of your item will not be available if your item has been dispatched more than 6 months ago.The status listed above is not an acknowledgement of the physical receipt of the mentioned Registered mail item. Safe Packing, Mailing & Delivery

We take great care in packing every detail to ensure safe delivery to you. Therefore please check the package when you receive it, if it is broken or damaged, you can make a record with the carrier. At the same time, you can take a photo and send to us, we will solve the problem for you promptly.

Return Policy

Did you receive an incorrect item? Is there any damage to the ordered item in your shipment? Is there any product missing from your order? To begin, we sincerely apologize for what has happened. Regardless of the problem, we are happy to help and eager to resolve the issue quickly. To do so most expeditiously, please contact us through our Contact page/Live Chat/Email. Please reference your order number and provide us with a brief description of the issue you are facing and we will determine the best course of action to quickly address the case. We will do our utmost best to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience at kbeautysecret.com. If for some reason we have let you down or things did not go as planned, we are more than happy to help you get the issues solved as soon as possible and set you up with a return for your item(s) or order. However, here are a few restrictions on returns, as follows: ➀ No returns on products under S$30. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns under S$30 unless you would like to mail/ship the item back to us with a delivery carrier of your choice at your expense.  ➁ No returns on opened product. Therefore, please ensure that you make your purchase selections carefully! ➂ Returns will be subjected to a return mailing fee, depending on the retail price of the item(s) being returned. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the total credit/refund amount for the item(s) being returned, subject to the following tier: ❖ S$30.00-S$149.99, return shipping fee of S$15 ❖ S$150.00-S$299.99, return shipping fee of S$30 ❖ S$300.00+, return shipping fee of S$50 In order to initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page/Live Chat/Email for instructions and a return shipping label. Important note:   * We are only able to accept returns for an order within 5 days of the delivery date.  We cannot guarantee we will be able to accept any returns or exchanges beyond that time frame. ** All refund request will require 14-day(Singapore) and 30-day(Overseas Order) processing period and the amount will be reflected in your original source of funds via the bank account or credit card statements.

Tracking your Order

You will be informed on the courier company and its tracking code which is assigned with your order parcel. If you can't track the order on the courier partner's website tracking page, the parcel may just have been passed to the respective partner. The tracking information with our partners will be available within 48 hours after the fulfillment notice to you. Please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your order's delivery status by the next business day after the fulfillment notification. We will resolve the matter as soon as possible. Once you receive the notification of fulfillment, you should be able to receive your order within the promised delivery time frame. We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by delivery queue, product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped. 

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards Downloadable software products Some health and personal care items To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our Contact page. Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and a return fee of S$15-S$50 will be charge. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and a return fee of S$15-S$50 will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items & Brands: Please note that due to final clearance, hygiene concerns, certain items and brands are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Kindly double check that the items you wish to return do not fall under this list.
